Currently, the cost is $160 for 50 minute sessions. Individual sessions will be increasing to $175 for 60 minutes. Couple rates will increase to $200 for 60 minutes.

Individual therapy at 60-80 minutes long to support relational ruptures, teenage struggles, anxiety and self-esteem through an integrative lens.
Couples Therapy
Couples Therapy to work on repairing ruptures and building a supportive and consistently healthy relationship dynamic in your partnership.
Somatic Therapy
Embodied therapy sessions that focus on healing emotional disruption in the nervous system, for the entire session. Best for Trauma work and PTSD.
Discernment Counselling
Discernment counselling for committed couples seeking support in deciding to stay together or end the relationship.
